Accommodation at The Berry Guest Farm
Welcome to our cozy cottages! Our fully equipped self-catering cottages come with duvets, pillows, towels, crockery, kitchen equipment, and utensils. Each cottage has a small stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster in the kitchen, as well as an inside fireplace and an outside braai. We are pet-friendly, limited to small animals, and all taps on the farm use spring water from a spring on the farm. Please note that we do not allow music and/or loud noise on the farm to ensure a peaceful stay for all our guests. Our prices include VAT.

Hey there! Youngberry cottage is perfect for up to 6 people and has a cool open kitchen and dining area. You'll find 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and bunk bed. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. Plus, it's super close to the jungle gym and swimming pool area. Oh, and did I the amazing view of the mountains?

Strawberry Cottage is a charming retreat that comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy dining area, perfect for shared meals. No.6 Bird's Nest cottage
Bird's Nest cottage is the perfect getaway for a family or group of friends With its open kitchen and dining area, and open plan floor with 2 sleep areas, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Regarding payments
Deposits as confirmation:

Bookings are only confirmed when 50% of total cost has been paid as deposit.

Guests have 48 hours from when booking is made to confirm booking.

If no payment is received within this time the provisional booking will expire.

Unless otherwise agreed, balance is owed no later than 2 days before booking.
Cancellations:

Notice of a confirmed booking must please be in writing.

Cancellation within 10 working days of occupation will only be refunded if a replacement can be found.
Refund policy:

When cancelling more than 30 days before booking, full refund.

When cancelling between 30 and 10 days before booking, 50% of deposit.

When cancelling between 10 and 1 days before booking, 50% of total, deposit not refunded

If no prior notice has been given by day of arrival, guest will be liable for the full amount.

We know sometimes life happens and we will try to be as understanding as possible

In case of a lockdown, reservations will be paused. Credit is kept and bookings can be rescheduled up to 2 months after travel is again allowed

General

For single night bookings please contact us directly.

We have a minimum stay of 2 nights over weekends and 3 nights over long weekends or holidays.

Check-in time is from 14h00 - 17h00, arrival between 17h00 - 20h00 with prior notice.

No arrivals after 20h00.

Check-out time is 10h00.

Day visitors to cottages only by prior arrangement must still pay for a day pass.

No music or loud noise, please consider that there are also other guests.
Pets

Guests are responsible for any damages their pets cause

Only dogs with a shoulder height of maximum 40cm
-
No more than 2 dogs per group
-
Disobedient dogs will be asked to wear a dog mask

Disruptive dogs will be asked to be placed at a daycare center away from the farm

Dogs must sleep on their own beds, not ours
