Regarding payments
Deposits as confirmation:

Bookings are only confirmed when 50% of total cost has been paid as deposit.

Guests have 48 hours from when booking is made to confirm booking.

If no payment is received within this time the provisional booking will expire.

Unless otherwise agreed, balance is owed no later than 3 days before booking.
Cancellations:

Notice of a confirmed booking must please be in writing.

Cancellation within 10 working days of occupation will only be refunded if a replacement can be found.
Refund policy:

When cancelling more than 30 days before booking, full refund.

When cancelling between 30 and 10 days before booking, 50% of deposit.

When cancelling between 10 and 1 days before booking, 50% of total, deposit not refunded

If no prior notice has been given by day of arrival, guest will be liable for the full amount.

We know sometimes life happens and we will try to be as understanding as possible

In case of lockdown, reservations will be paused. Credit is kept and bookings can be rescheduled up to 2 months after travel is again allowed

Rules and Regulations
General

We have a minimum stay of 2 nights over weekends and 3 nights over long weekends or holidays.

Check-in time is from 14h00 - 17h00, arrival between 17h00 - 20h00 with prior notice.

No arrivals after 20h00.

Check-out time is 10h00.

Day visitors to cottages only by prior arrangement must still pay for a day pass.

No music or loud noise, please consider that there are also other guests.
Pets
-
Guests are responsible for any damages their pets cause

Only dogs with a shoulder height of maximum 40cm
-
No more than 2 dogs per group

Disobedient dogs will be asked to wear a dog mask

Disruptive dogs will be asked to be placed at a daycare center away from the farm
-
Dogs must sleep on their own beds, not ours
