We would like to invite you to visit us at The Berry Guest Farm in our lovely Hermitage Valley, just outside Swellendam at the foot of the Langeberg Mountains.
Whether you are young or old, this is the place where you can feel free to kick off your shoes and simply relax and join us in any of the many activities that we have on offer.
Our farm is the perfect family holiday destination - we are children and pet friendly. For those seeking some peace and tranquility in a corner of nature’s heaven, you have found the ideal place to be.
We have transformed the farmhouse and barns into B&B and Self Catering, fully equipped cottages of various sizes. We even have a Tasting Room with a wide variety of home-made Liqueurs, Jams and Ice creams.
Fresh Berries in season time and Frozen Berries throughout the year.In fact, we have so much to offer that you simply have to come and see for yourself.
We have a 5 star rating on tripadvisor and a 4.5 star rating on google, so if they think we are fun, you should also come and enjoy yourself.
The Berry guest farm family
The Berry Guest Farm is a family run farm situated just outside Swellendam, under the Langeberg Mountain range.
On our farm we grow different types of berries of which the main types are Blackberries and Blueberries. During harvest season we allow day visitors to pick their own berries. Guests can eat as much as they like while in the fields and only pay for the berries taken off the farm.
Guests can also come and enjoy the activities on our farm including the berry maze, jungle gym, enchanted forest and tractor ride. If you feel that there is not enough time to enjoy everything we also offer accommodation.
For those that don't want to spend that much time we also have berries in our Tastingroom shop. Here guests can taste berries as well as our homemade jams and liqueurs. There is also our Coffee shop where guests can enjoy the scenery and have a few snacks made with berries from our own farm.
Whether you are a family, on honeymoon or even just grandparents wanting a bit of rest and relaxation, we have something for everyone. We pride ourselves on putting smiles on people's faces. So come that we can put a smile on yours.
